1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Lincol Networks website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Lincol Networks provides IT support, networking, CCTV installation, computer repair, and related technology services. Specific terms for individual service engagements will be agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice for new enquiries. All prices include VAT where applicable.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, card, and cash. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by Irish law.

5. Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Hardware parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. Labour carries a 90-day warranty from date of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lincol Networks will not be liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect losses arising from the use of our services. We strongly recommend maintaining current backups of all important data.

7. Data and Privacy

We handle client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Irish and EU data protection law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
